Return (refund) policy
GLORYOUNG21 is committed to ensuring the highest quality products and does not sell used or damaged products.
If you received a defective or incorrect product, you can request a return (refund) within 30 days of receiving the package. Please contact customer service as soon as possible to begin the return (refund) process.
For the above reasons, if your return request is approved, GLOGYOUNG21 will cover shipping and additional charges. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take approximately 2 to 15 business days to complete.
If a return (refund) request is fraudulent or excessive, GLORYOUNG21 reserves the right to restrict additional return (refund) requests.
All return (refund) approvals are subject to GLORRYOUNG21's discretion.

Please email GLOGYOUNG21 with 1:1 inquiries including the following details:
1. Order Number

2. Photos of damaged or incorrect products
※ If you receive the wrong product, please attach a photo of the shipping label attached to the package
Upon receipt of your inquiry, our team will review the details and proceed with the return (refund) process accordingly.
-Unable to return (refund)
Returns (refunds) are only available for defective products. Returns (refunds) are not permitted in the following cases.
-Items not purchased from GLORYOUNG21
-If the package is returned due to customer-related reasons (e.g., wrong address, recipient unavailable, etc.)
-If the customer changes his or her mind about the purchase
Wrong product ordered (customer's mistake)
-Return request received more than 30 days after delivery date
-If the product is intentionally damaged
-If the product has been used
-Change color or product options when requesting a return
